How cashback works
Zappin charges a 1% platform fee on trades. Under the current offer, 90% of the eligible platform fee is credited as cashback.
For example:

This example excludes network fees, DEX fees, and other transaction costs. Cashback applies to the eligible Zappin platform fee, not the trade amount or total transaction costs.
Cashback is credited after eligible activity settles and reward processing completes.
Your balances
- Available: Cashback available for a claim, subject to the minimum threshold.
- Reserved: Cashback allocated to a claim that is being processed.
Claim cashback
The current minimum claim is $10.
When claims are available:
- Open the cashback section.
- Check your available balance.
- Select Claim and follow the prompts.
- Track the claim status and payout transaction.
Cashback is paid as ETH to your Robinhood Chain wallet. The ETH amount depends on the conversion used for the payout.
If a claim is already pending, check its status before trying again.
Notifications
You can enable cashback-earned notifications in Settings.
Cashback and Zappin Points are tracked separately. Claiming cashback does not redeem your points.
